Just for we to have a clear understanding of the Social Marketplace, I will repeat some information:
Purpose: The Social Marketplace aims to tackle the problem of Unemployment and to provide support for Social Organizations of different sizes and missions in Brazil. We will do so by creating a powerful trading platform that is based on the user’s social networks, virtual or physical, where people will be self employed as sellers and, in which, a share of every transaction is donated to a partener Social Organization.
Mission: Our Mission is to create an online environment for trading that is easy, safe and socially/environmentally conscious.
Vision: Our Vision is to provide Brazil a (a)trading platform, (b)self employment opportunities and a (c)fundraising mechanism for Social Organizations.

In a recent event I have been taught to define the scope of the organization as the result of the following value chain:
"Inputs -> Processes -> Outputs -> Outcomes -> Impact"
The Inputs and Processes of the Social Marketplace are too detailed to mention. But...
Outputs: (a) Trading Platform, (b) Fundraising Mechanism, (c) Self Employment Opportunities.
Outcomes: (a1)increase of e-commerce, (b1) $ for Social Orgs., (b2)Networking for Social Orgs., (b3) Visibility for the actions, (b4) more volunteers; (c1) Income for Sellers, (c2) Poor people employed as sellers.
Impact: (A) More effective Social Organizations, (B) Self-employment Opportunities and poverty reduction, (C) Effective way for people to do commerce.

So, anything not related to the items A,B and C in the desired Impact would be out of scope.
